Question about Wtoo (Watters) Dress:

Hi girls!

I bought my wedding gown a few weeks back; It's a Liane by Wtoo! I love it, but I realized when I got home that they never asked me at the shop for my height with heels (or height at all). The dress I tried on was way too long for me. I called the shop to check on this and they told me that Wtoo dresses are hemmed in a way that they don't need my height....They all come in a generic size?

I forget now specifically what she said, but I'm wondering if any of you other Wtoo or Watters brides have heard of this? I can't for the life of me figure out how they are magically going to make this dress the correct length without my height, but they seem pretty convinced....Can anyone whose purchased a gown like this elaborate?

Here is a link to the dress:

I'm wondering if the length issue has something to do with the unique layers?

The alterations will likely be done at the waist to get the correct length.  It's not a big deal at all for a skilled seamstress.  Pretty dress!
  • I just picked up my Wtoo Zhara dress on Thursday. My consultant just measured my bust, waist, and hips, and ordered the size my measurements fell into. I'm 5'6 and with 3 inch heels, the length is perfect. Don't worry, your consultant knows what she's doing. You're going to look great!!
  • It will be hemmed once it arrives and you go for your fittings.

I ordered a Watters dress, and my seamstress is hemming it as we speak:-)
