Can't find a dress with a sideslit, any ideas?

Hi,

I'm searching for a wedding dress with a sideslit, similar to a Monique Lhullier dress (found on the Monique Lhullier website under "Bridal", "Spring 2010" then the 11th dress over).

Does anyone have any ideas on where to find similar dresses?

If you think I should have one custom made, any tips or ideas?

Many thanks,

Morgan

  • I'm far too lazy to go hunt down the dress you're talking about (sorry) but I'm pretty sure that slits, much like plunging-to-the-navel necklines, have no place on a wedding gown.

  • i'd try a traditional prom dress website designer.. or find a dress you like then create a slit....
  • Maybe a destinations line? Not sure, just a thought.
