Grey bridesmaid dresses?

My wedding colors are grey and lilac. I originally planned to have the girls wear lilac dresses (by Jordan) but am considering grey. I would use the lilac as an accent for the ties for the guys and in the flowers. It's an early August wedding.

I was hoping for some opinions since I'm not sure which dress color to go with.

i vote grey for sure.  it would look SO great with lilac colored flowers.

I was also considering grey since we're doing a black/grey/white scheme with our wedding (our venue is dark charcoal walls and white marble) with pink flowers.

The thing with grey is that the color and the texture need to be just right. Closer to a silver would be very flattering, but you want to make sure your girls won't be washed out.

I think it would look very nice!! I espeically love grey/yellow weddings, but the purple will be very pretty too!

Another vote for grey!  It looks very classy, and there's a much higher chance of your girls being able to wear it again.

I agree, I think grey would look amazing.  Just make sure the shade of grey you choose flatters your girls.

Those are my colors too! I was looking at purple dresses, but I couldn't find the right shade, so I'm leaning towards grey/pewter dresses instead.
