I think the earrings are perfect for that dress -- your look is very balanced in my opinion.  I think if you were to change the earring to something more dangly, it might look like "sparkle city."  Now if you like that look, then go for it... but I love your look so far.  I wonder what others think?

I would wear simple pearl earrings that way you're not to busy around your head. With that beautiful hair flower the dangling earring might clash. The pearl earrings are classy and are sure to go with the dress.
