Best man is groom's sister

What would the best man wear if they are the groom's sister?
Bridesmaid dress?
Black to match the tux?
Or dress of choice in bridesmaid color?

I would ask him what he wants to wear. For our wedding, the BM wore the same tux as the other GM. My H, however, wore a slightly different shirt and tie to match my dress.

I would ask your FI if he had anything particular in mind first.  I have seen pics, though, where any girls on the groom's side wore the bridesmaids' dress, but in black.  One pic I saw had this but the black dresses had a sash in the color of the BM dresses.  (To coordinate with the groomsmen having colored vests/ties with their black suits.)  It's really all up to you.  You could also ask FI's sister what she'd be most comfortable wearing, especially if you and FI don't have your heart set on a particular look already.

I'd ask Fi's sister what she'd like to do. Maybe she wants to blend more- and so she'd wear the BM color or maybe she's ok standing out a bit and wearing black! I think either way it'll be great.

There aren't really any rules to it, it's whatever works for everyone.  Since my bridesmaids were in black with silver accents, we asked the groomswoman to pick a silver dress (the dress she went with was a little more black than silver, but since she had already bought the dress, I didn't push it).

No rules for this one.  When I was the best woman in a wedding, I wore a navy blue evening gown with some detail beading.  The MOH wore a royal blue satin gown.
