My dress is amazing and one of the things I love about it is how it scoops down in the back--which means that wearing a normal bra is not possible.  I'd prefer to not go braless because my nipples would just poke through the fabric and I like to have support anyway.  Does anyone know of good backless bra that stays put and is comfortable?

I went to target and bought one of those stick on bras. It sticks on the front and is silicone which makes it feel and look natural. I LOVE it.

I agree with Snuff9861, ask your seamstress if she can sew cups into your dress!
