Tux Color Poll--what goes best with eggplant/sugar plum?

Summer evening wedding....girls are wearing eggplant/aubergine & sugar plum, and my dress is light ivory....

You could always go with classic black, but I think a dark grey would look really nice with eggplant/sugarplum.

I have the same colors, and my guys are wearing black tuxes with dark purple vests.

I used almost every shade of purple known to man. Men wore black tuxes with Aubergine ties. MOH was in Lapis. I prefer black tuxes.

Black works with practically everything and is classic and grey would be lovely, but ask your FI what he prefers. 

I would have preferred light tan or brown suits or tuxes with the colors we're using, but FI refused to get a tux iin any color other than black.  It's not as if he told me what color dress to wear, so I'm not about to dictate his tux color!
