interlocking wedding bands?

Hi, my FI really likes the idea of our wedding bands fitting together if we take them offand hold them together (like a puzzle), but all of the puzzle rings I'm seeing make just one ring and can't be taken apart once put together. Anyone know where I could find a set or a not super expensive custom place?

  • I'd check Krikawa. If they dont have it they can make it. They are worth every penny too. Their customer service is amazing. They do have a 9 week turn around time right now though so with your wedding being so near I'd contact them ASAP.

  • Ask on your local board for a recommendation for a custom jeweller. That is definitely the best way to go here.

In a practical sense though it might be hard to get your rings to actually interlock with each other.  Typically guys have bigger hands/fingers than girls - as an example my wedding band is a 6 and my H is 11.5 - mine fits inside his easily and I don't see a way they would easily lock with each other!

Friends of ours chose puzzle rings from this site for their wedding and they are amazing! Really good quality and value. They are really intricate, so be careful because when you take them off they will fall apart and it's pretty tricky getting them to fit back together again, that's how perfectly they are made.

Actually those are not good prices. My fiance has one of the 6 band ones in 22k gold rather than 14k gold. He bought it overseas for less than the price of the 14k one. Stateside gold prices are through the roof. Yucky!
