Shoe recommendations

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for shoes? I was hoping to wear blue flats, but I've had issues with flats rubbing the skin raw on the back of my feet in the past. Been looking online, but if anyone has any recommendations from personal experience, I would really appreciate it.

Re: Shoe recommendations

  • Whenever I wear flats I also wear the slipper socks because of the rubbing and my feet sweat if I don't wear them.  I don't know what they're actually called but they're like panty hose for your feet (they don't show past your shoe).  I usually get mine from Target for a couple of dollars.  Try them next time you wear your flats, it should solve your issue.

  • I tend to wear heels that are at least four inches in height almost on a daily basis and my "flats" are usually 2" wedges, with that being said, Band-Aid Friction Block is my obsession.

In the past I also use to wear actual band-aids on the spots that would rub until the shoes "broke in".

  • I swear by the blister bandaids on the back of the heel. I pretty much live in flats these days. Love them!
