Outdoor wedding....hunting for wedges :)

I would LOVE a pair of wedges for my dress on my day......and i suppose its almost a must hahahahah.  I am having an outdoor wedding and reception LOL so i don't want my heels sticking in the ground!

I don't want just plain white or whatever....i would love a pair of purple ones!

Knnow where i should look?

What about the ones you can dye? has anyone seen these?

thanks!!

I really like these, and DSW has several other options, too:

For what it's worth, I had an outdoor wedding and wore regular heels. I didn't have any trouble at all with sinking, but the BM that decided to wear wedges did. If you find a wedge that you like, perfect. But I wouldn't skip over a pair of pumps you absolutely love just because they have skinny heels, KWIM?

Try zappos.com - you can narrow your search using a ton of criteria, and they have thousands of shoes to choose from.

I'd try Zappos.  You can search by style and heel height and colour which will help narrow down your search.

I wouldn't go for the dyeable ones, I've read too many horror stories on here from girls who had sweaty feet or wet feet from wet grass and the dye got onto their dress and/or stained their feet.

If you're open to non-wedges, there's these things called Solemates, they're little things that clip (?) onto the bottom on a regular heel and it keeps you from sinking :)  I'm totally getting some for my BF's wedding and the rest of the bridal party if I can afford it, I can walk in the grass and then pop them off when we go inside :)  They're available in different sizes and I think four colors :)  Happy shopping!!

Zappos is a good one, I actually got my wedges at Ross, they are plain ivory color but so comfortable and only $18! I do remember seeing some floral wedges and other prints don't remember if they were purple. I'm also going to add blue crystals to my wedges so that they aren't so plain.

I feel like for every shoe post I can post the following things EVERY time and answer someone's question

    endless.com
    6pm.com
    amazon.com
    dsw.com
    zappos.com

    Solemates.

You can search by heel height/type of shoe and color on any of these sites.

    ...and done!
