Wedding Colors

We are thinking about having Malibu and watermelon as our wedding colors; however, my wedding dress is Champagne, so not sure how to fix it together. I am having a maid of honor and one brides maid, so was thinking that they could each wear one of the colors. Is this ok for a wedding or is it to off beat?

    The wedding dress is not a issue, its just another shade of white, which goes with anything.

    One in each color I'm not sure about. Maybe, have them both wear the same color and bring the second color in in the accents, like the flowers.

    Champagne can range from a pale ivory to a latte type color.  If it is ivory, the watermelon and malibu will look good. If it is latte, I would put the colors together and check. They might not work.  Malibu dresses with watermelon flowers would be pretty.

    We were thinking about that as well, and I think that you are right about that. Now I just have to decide which color to use where...lol

    Magdala9,  my dress is darker then ivory...like a ligh latte.
