Late to the party, as per usual, but yeah, heels, your mom is awesome.  That math does not add up.  At all.

I have to say though, that for us engineers it's often the simpler math that we have trouble with.  Ask to me solve a complicated partial differential equations and we're good, ask me to add some numbers together without a calculator? Um no.  Well, now that I've been outta school for a while it's more the other way around...

I too love "show your work".

We gave up the tivo once we switched to Comcast. The hd tivo was a huge pita with Cox and required 4 different service guys to get it set up, then they had to come to our apt and fix it about once a month. Then Comcast started flipping a shiit over it so we finally said screw it. I miss tivo The Comcast dvr is not nearly as good.

I went through that crap with Sprint when we added Scott to my account.
First month we had a $28 "added phone" fee, second month we had a "new phone service" charge. How many months are you going to be charging me for adding a new phone? Jeez...
