Doing usual Sunday stuff. Seeing mom, doing laundry, hanging out with dogs. I have a mess of work to do this coming week but glad I put my foot down  about NO Sundays at the office. It is a morale killer to do that on any regular basis. 

Mad Men season finale is tonight! If anyone besides Nebb and I follow this show, I am just wondering where they will go from here. Can't wait!

I'm excited for The Killing and Mad Men tonight. H will be gone, so he'll be mad but I'm going to watch them without him anyway.

Last week blew me away, so I can only  imagine what the finale will bring.

I was going to try to watch Mad Men, but they didn't have the first episode On Demand. It started in the last season, I think. I want to see what all the hype is about.

But, True Blood starts tonight and I  am so excited.

Mad Men has been wicked "heavy" the past two episodes. I bawled my eyes out when Peggy quit (uugh that part when don takes her hand and kisses it and wont let it go, omg i lost it). I saw the Lane story line coming for a while though, but it was still shocking.

Kd - we will FINALLY find out who killed Rosie Larson next week. FINALLY!! lol

Hike - rude doesn't even cover it.

We need rain badly.  Of course, it's better for H's business to not rain, but the grass is starting to resemble hay.

I need to really get off the sugar train.  I had two hypoglycemic episodes back to back yesterday.  I got myself re-addicted to Red Vines and Pull n Peel Twizzlers.  H wanted to take me to UC because "you really don't look right" but I had a couple of Lifesavers and felt more normal.  Then it happened again an hour later.

H is golfing in this heat and I am going to eventually turn on the AC and do my Sunday puzzles.

There's nothing interesting going on over here today.  My FI is studying for the Bar exam, as usual.  I cannot wait until July 26th, when it's over and we can spend more time together.  We're going to an open house engagement party for a childhood friend of FI's today.  There will be snack/appetizers on tables, and people coming over to congratulate the happy couple and his parents.  I'm sort of hoping that FI's parents will take us out to dinner afterwards, if we're there right until dinner time.  I don't feel like cooking tonight.

Good afternoon! This weekend has been full of awesome, and it's making me so sad that we're moving in a few weeks.

Friday night we went to a nightclub our friend was DJing at, and they had these tables set up with cool trinkety things for sale like theatre masks and hair fascinators and even latex/rubber outfits and pasties (for those that do burlesque).

Last night we went to a costume party with a bunch of our friends and it was so great to see all of our friends. I even got asked to do a photo shoot with a couple of my friends which I am super excited about. Now I just gotta figure out how to cram two photo shoots into the next couple weeks. Oy.

<div>I am loving watching episodes from iTunes. I downloaded season 1 and 2 so far, and it is amazing. It is like the show bops along in this world of smokes and booze and great vintage clothes and hits these great emotional notes when you least expect it. Wow.</div>
