Night thread?

Anyone still around?  I'm putzing on IKEA again, trying to figure out what to do with our entryway closet. I've decided I want to redo it for real. Target has good storage stuff too though... has anyone used the bigger Closetmaid Cubeical stuff from there?? I like that their stuff would fit in my car

Watching Big Bang Theory. I'm going to try to take a nap later before going to the midnight opening of The Avengers. I have to open at work tomorrow, so hopefully the movie will be worth the 3 1/2 hours of sleep I'm going to get.

The Land of the Dead is real, as far as some beliefs go. It's not necessarily separate from the Spirit World, but I made it so for the book. The Bridge is a real belief, but I made up the part about the sun and the eye thing. I also made up the Raven-Eater (although the stories about coyote and consuming the ravens/moon is true). Other than that, most of the stories and legends are true.

This weekend is going to be insaley busy so we're taking it easy tonight.  Some friends invited us out for a drink but we declined. 

We just got done with spaghetti and are also watching BBT. I got home from the gym to find that FH had made dinner which is a rarity. It was really nice since I hate having to cook after the gym because then we eat late.

About two and a half year ago I mysteriously lost all interest in Greys. I really don't even know why but I have zero desire to watch it.

I just finished eating the marinated chicken I made on the george foreman, asparagus, and red potatoes.  I'm supposed to be studying for my fnal exam tomorrow.  Then I just have one more paper, and I AM DONE for the semester.  So excited.

Good evening!  I just got home from taking my Business Calculus final.  There were 20 questions and I finished in 15 minutes.  That is either really good or really bad.  I guess I'll know in a week.

I am still feeling like crap. Whatever sickness that was up in my head has now traveled back down to my throat and chest. I have to teach choir tomorrow...they are just going to love my voice.

I'm waiting for FI to get home so I can start dinner. We've been without tv since Tuesday...lightning ruined our cable box. I think he's bringing home a different one so maybe I can catch up on some Toddlers and Tiaras lol.

I've been listening to my mom talk about all my sister's wedding drama. Yeesh. I'm SO glad I'm done with all of that, and that I don't live close enough to her to have to deal with all of it. :P

Hi all! I'm here watching Thursday shows. I love TBBT. Amy Farrah Fowler just kills me. I have a kickball game tonight but I'm skipping because I have a 7am presentation tomorrow. Kickball is at 10pm. I can't handle tha, clearly I'm not in college anymore. AZ is it entertaining drama at least?

I posted a vent a while ago about her BM dresses. That's kind of where it all started. I never told her I hated the dress (though I did hate it) but apparently some of her other BMs did. So she spent a few days crying hysterically and calling my mom all the time (which means I get to hear about all the drama twice). I guess her MOH freaked out on her about the original dress making her look fat, and my sister freaked out, which caused her FI to freak out and now sister and FI and MOH are all yelling and swearing and mad at each other about all the drama. And MOH is threatening to drop out of the wedding. Good grief. (She has since chosen a new BM dress, thank goodness!)

holy crap. So there's a story breaking (with video) about the Minneapolis Occupiers.  Long story short, cops/state patrols from around the state are picking people up (voluntarily) and bringing them in for 'evaluation'.  And then giving them drugs for 'observation', then dropped them back off on the side of the road.  Pot, coke, meth- whatever they wanted.
