Good morning, ladies.

Still catching up.  Memorial day weekend is usually just grilling and the customary bicycle ride/hike/whatever outdoors we do every weekend.  Our family sucks, so we never have big gtgs with them.  This year is the exception, since SSon is getting married Sunday.  It's going to require lots of wine and prayer to get through this - I'm really dreading it.  Which makes me really sad.

And yeah JCB, very clueless. She got all snotty this morning that this management team was "the worst idea ever".  Um no lady. We woulda been closed months ago if they hadn't come in and fixed stuff.  The parents are so mad because they don't know what to do with their kids next year.  Open enrollment in the schools is done already and most schools are done in the next week or two, so they barely have time to tour and see where they wanna go.  When I suggested to J this morning to make a definite decision by Tuesday so the parents can know what's going on, she got really upset that she's "not going to make rash decisions just to make the parents happy".  I judged her so hardcore for that.

Thanks guys!  My step dad came over yesterday to get some newborn pictures.  I think I might have felted the hat down a biiiit too much, but it's still fun.

Congrats SEWF and YIO!  Babies are fun.  And tiring.  Really, really tiring.  But they're cute and cuddly, so that helps.

I wanna say it takes about a half hour to drive into the city? It's definitely rural here, and very beautiful. Vandergrift and Leechburg are nearby. Monroeville isn't too far, I think. We will probably venture into the city for some jazz this weekend. I was also looking to see if the Pirates are in town. I love PNC Park.

We always camp (and drink) for memorial day weekend.  This year is no exception, so as soon as I get off work tomorrow, we head to E.WA for some camping and drinking.  Today and tomorrow will be the longest days of work ever.
