I was supposed to have a 4 day weekend We're doing NOTHING though and I'm sooo excited because after my "vacation" I'm exhausted and need to relax.

Both of my best friends are going to be in town this weekend! I'm excited but also annoyed. One friend is gay and I get to meet his boyfriend for the first time. BUT I don't know if we can actually go out to a bar or anything without getting harassed. We got harassed last time when it was just he and I. So...yeah.

I'm not going to bed yet. I probably should, but I'm a total night owl.

I'm in central time right now, though, so that's at least a little better than my usual EST.  Cousin's rehearsal dinner tomorrow and wedding on Saturday!

I've got my friends' moving away party to attend and I have to pack up my house to move. I feel like I'll be alternating partying, packing, and sleeping, but that's not really a bad weekend to have.

Jas, That is so sad.... Maybe you's can try a different place? This may sound silly but it's actually very common around here, is there a Gay Bar near by? I know tons of people that hang out there with their gay friends. It's not looked down upon. I never have gone but I wouldn't be against it neither.
I hope you's are able to figure something out and have a good time.

Hey, does anyone have tips on how to best cover up red spots on the face?  I have some old zits that aren't bumps anymore, but they're still red. I don't want those in pics.

Mand, concealer might work. Anti-aging facecreams or something like mederma might help just get rid of them all together.

Green concealer works the best. Do you have any light green eyeshadow? I have mixed that with my regular concealer before and it works. It takes some practice to get it the right color though.

Ahh, good tips everyone! I actually have redness-reducing Visine AND light green eyeshadow, too.  I'll practice tomorrow and see if I can get the color right.  That would be awesome.

And really, does Mederma help get rid of acne scars?  I need this magic cream.

Play, there is not a gay bar within 100 miles.
 I've never actually been to a gay bar. It's on my agenda for our trip to Seattle.

Mand, I second the green tint. It works really well.

Rox, I didn't do it at the same time and I never got KU. I think part of the idea is to build it into a specific routine so you won't forget. But I'm not 100% sure. Just personal experience.

I am about to sit down to dinner, but I used to go dancing at gay clubs ALL THE TIME (in Seattle, obviously?). Strangely, it was a really good way to pick up guys.
