Thank you. Five weeks to go. I can't wait till the cast comes off so I can sit down without him asking for something and making me get right back up. Not that I'm complaining, he did it for me when it was needed.

Hmmmm thread is almost dead but I'll still answer.

I posted on FB about taking a break from SB because I wasn't enjoying the culture here anymore.  I was having a really bad two-three weeks that have continued and I may be acting more emotional than I normally would.  I think what every one had a problem with me saying, mainly calling someone a twat, was stupid and a general over reaction.  Some people who I had enjoyed being around and posting with clearly didn't feel the same way about me.  No one likes to randomly find that out.  I didn't GBCK and I didn't use that phrase or anything....I was taking a break from SB.  I was still posting on my club and local boards.  I needed a break from SB....when I started missing some of you girls I came back to poke around and found this thread.  I did post yesterday but I've got to be honest I don't even remember doing so.....pain meds are lovely!

Aprove - not sure if you were referring to me in your post, but I really hope you don't think that just because I said you were quick to get heated that I don't like you. Thinking that you calling someone a twat was inappropriate has no bearing on whether or not I think you're cool. Someone can do something douchey and still not be a douche. I do douchey things all of the time.

Thumbs up. I'm pretty sure we've all had our flamings at one time or another, and most of the time it doesn't define how much we are liked in the grand scheme of things. I try to never take things as blanket sentiments here, because it's never that black and white. But it took me awhile to get to that point, so I can understand it feeling black and white.

I fixed what it said. It was supposed to be "is to start new thread" This was my inspiration and I was bored. The zombie thing didn't even dawn on me until I read your posts. I don't ever remember which board what happens on. I guess it fits in with what has been talked about on SB today, but that really wasn't the reason behind it.

First, the mocha thing.  Seriously?  I wanted to flame her in that thread but that would have also been way inappropriate. 

Also, I don't know no shiit about no WoW, but I do see what Celles was talking about.  People groan about threads turning into cake, sure, but when it's WoW that takes over a thread all of a sudden the world is ending.

I'm honestly confused about people saying Aprove handled herself well during the callout thing.  I know I'm not the only person who thought she made herself look like a jackass responding to every little flame.  Let it go.  For serious.

Cew: I think it was the way you phrased it that irked me.  I feel, for the most part, that I sit here tongue in cheek because I don't say the first thing or two that pops into my mind when I feel people are being morons.  That wasn't totally directed at you at all just a general feeling from that thread that I got.

You're right, I forgot somebody commented on your miscarriage, and I don't remember how you reacted (or didn't react) to that.  But sending in 47 callouts yourself because someone said your ring was probably fake, or coming into a thread guns ablazin' because people commented your shoes looked ill fitted?  That's pretty damn ridiculous.  All you're achieving is feeding the flames.  It just made you look like a drama llama.

I don't think anyone made themselves look like jackasses by responding to the callouts. The callouts were hurtful and deliberately cruel, and I, for one, saw nothing wrong with someone defending themselves--especially with the things said about aprove, heels, P2, and a couple others.
