That is so heartbreaking, I teared up several times. I am happy he was rescued though, oh my goodness. So tragic.

It's certainly how it feels.

The reality - because of agriculture losses, the region's losses - for this year alone - will be just under 200 million dollars.  For small town No-Dak, that's a hefty chunk of change.
