Make use of their bus system between the parks. It saves a ton of cash and its nice to zone out after a long day at the park. Oh! And use the Free Pass machines when you can (again, I think you have to have park hopper?). Basically you put your room key/park pass into a machine and it spits out a time to come back for the ride, normally 1 - 2 hours later. Then you come back at the time and go to the front of the line.

The Nemo ride at Epcot was also really cute and ended in an aquarium which was fun.

Also, they have Photo Pass things at the parks, especially around character sitings. From my experience they are not worth it. Basically you have a little card that you give to the guy with the camera, he takes a picture, and then you buy the photos at a ridiculous price later (Ours was $120 for a cd with 20 photos). Just hand them your camera and call it a day.
