I'd love to see Joel McHale, I bet he's awesome. I got H turned onto Tosh.0, he thought it was stupid at first until he really sat down to watch it. Now he loves it more than me.

Someday I want to see Straight No Chaser perform at Christmas.

Lol. Yeah, my FI is from OK originally, and that's where I lived with him. After I had to move back here, he landed a new job in Arkansas, so he lives in Fort Smith now, and that's where I'll be moving in (hopefully) December.

Geesh, we should just get tickets to everything together. The FIL's went to go see them last year, and we watched them on TV at some point too. They're kind of awesome.

Anysunrise - which part of Ontario?  I was born in Toronto, but have lived in Phoenix most of my life LOL, I don't have an accent!

@ LedZ - thanks! I'll post away.  I think portraits are great in any national park   I want to switch jobs and become a professional photographer, I don't shake the camera if that helps I have a Canon S5 IS DSLR 12 mega pixel - it's been all over the world, and was with me on the fall, and it works great

They call this one, the Abyss, it's a 3000 foot drop... stay away from the edge aaahhh!

There's still water in the Colorado River!

We had awesome cloud dramatics - playing shadow and light

The freeways are littered with these pretty flower/weeds

kp - your pictures are great! I don't know how one gets into professional photography, but I think you should go for it!

Lol, it's alright. You're not the first. I should've just done an intro post or something when I started posting here, but I figured I'd just slowly intergrate myself so that I could just slip away if everyone hated me, haha.

Also the only photo editing software I own, came with the operating system aka Microsoft Paint, so I better learn about some software before getting out to the market - where the competition is vicious like velociraptors!

I love Photoshop, but goddamn it's expensive. I won't lie, I have a cracked copy a friend of mine torrented for me. It's pretty awesome once you learn how to use it.

Yes it does! I would like to do a series of paintings based on pictures I take of buildings like that. Also, I love old time signs, like, the Hotel Congress sign in Tucson. I want to do a series of those, also, or as part of the buildings series. It would take me quite a while, though, so who knows if I'll actually do it.
