Sometimes I feel like a bad wife for ignoring H because of school and school work.

I am feeling all stompy, crabby, and snappy and have no outlet for it until I can go work out tonight at 8:00.

I'm crabby and pissy too - I'm going to the gym after work gets done at 5.  Then I'm going to Bdubs to eat wings and drink beer (totally undoing any work I complete at the gym) and cheer on the Twins.

I confess that work blows this week and is making me apathetic to life in general.  I have no interest in working or wedding planning. 

I confess that in THIS MOMENT - I wish the wedding was just over.  I just want to be married, eff.

I confess that I'm seriously considering quitting my job because of how many times I've been sick in the last year. Everyone comes to work horribly sick and unapologetic. It drives me batty because I have a weak immune system and know right away I will get sick. I'm getting the beginning of a sore throat and it's obvs making me dramatic.

Also, kd made me feel better because it's only noon here and I'm still in my PJ's

And they are expensive. We cant go home for a weekend without a petsitter.

We have talked that when something happens to these guys (I cant stand to think of this), but not getting anymore. Just so we can travel more.

DH has talked about doing a 'stir" overseas, but I wouldnt do it if we had animals.

NS, I don't think it's a big deal that you don't want pets. It's like when people don't want kids. Some people love 'em, some people don't. In both situations, you're much better off realizing it beforehand, though. (OK, it's exponentially better to realize you don't want kids beforehand).

Conversely, I confess that I really miss having a dog. I want a big one! We can't afford it, though.

 Random: Yesterday one of our employees asked if they could submit boarding fees for their dog as part of a travel reimbursement. Ummmm. No. That would be like asking for daycare reimbursement so you can go to work. If you take a job that you know requires travel, then its your own responsibility to pay to house your pets (and kids for that matter). Seriously. I couldn't believe she even asked.

Courtney - I pushed H when he was applying for jobs in college.  I don't think pushing is such a bad thing, especially if he needs it.  If he's an independent contractor, he has to build his business with his people skills and talent.  However, he better do it if you get him the appointment, otherwise you'll seem crazy.

He's one of those paranoid people.  He actually said " I can't believe you would go meet strangers from the internet, what if they try to kill you.  It's a wedding website they might beat you up and steal your ring."  The funniest part of his little rant is this....we met on eharmony.  I think the real reason is because he's planning a boys trip to Indiana to go 4-wheeling.

I actually have plenty of time for a dog. That's what bums me out even more. I'm home with Emerson 99% of the time, so it wouldn't be a big deal to have a dog time-wise. Although, I don't think I could handle a puppy.

Yeah DH and I met on Match.com. But I understand, 4-wheeling trip vs knottie GTG. Boys will be boys. DH has 2 annual "boy" trips. His last was a couple weeks ago. He was scruffy and gross when he got home.

Ha, that actually sounds like me though.  I'm always saying, "What if they try to kill me?"  Ironically, FI and I met online, as well, and I was definitely afraid he was going to chop me up and wear my skin, just because of the fact that we met online.  I watch too many scary movies.

Me too!  Just in case.  I'm glad it worked out, though.  FI teases me about it to this day, but I think living with me has made him paranoid, as well.  We were talking about it a while ago and he said, "You really could have killed me, too."  He's just too positive and believes the best about people.  I look at everyone (in the general public) as if they're trying to get something from me.

I just hate that I have to say anything. He used to be very successful but because of the economy, things aren't as good as they used to be. He knows it!! I'm like "Do I have to do your job and mine? You know teachers wear many hats and if I have to wear one that says photographer assistant, I will!" UGH!!
