[QUOTE]In Response to Re: Confessions : Me too! Just in case. I'm glad it worked out, though. FI teases me about it to this day, but I think living with me has made him paranoid, as well. We were talking about it a while ago and he said, "You really could have killed me, too." He's just too positive and believes the best about people. I look at everyone (in the general public) as if they're trying to get something from me.

Likewise. I'm ridiculously paranoid. I'm always thinking "if someone attacked me right now, how could I get away", and if I'm ever alone walking somewhere at night, I'm constantly texting someone so that if I stop, they can call the cops. It's not like a scared paranoid either, it's just being prepared imo.

[QUOTE]In Response to Re: Confessions : Ha, that actually sounds like me though. I'm always saying, "What if they try to kill me?" Ironically, FI and I met online, as well, and I was definitely afraid he was going to chop me up and wear my skin, just because of the fact that we met online. I watch too many scary movies. I confess that I'm nervous about my Knottie G2G tonight. I hope we all like each other :). Led Zepp--awesome! I will email you later :)

[QUOTE]I confess I want to get shitfaced at SIL's wedding this weekend, then make weepy phone calls to all TK girls getting married this weekend, lamenting how I wish I were at their weddings instead. Then I want to call MIL and SIL dumb bitches and throw them in the lake.

I confess that I kinda want to help you pull this off...

[QUOTE]I am so going to show this thread to FI tonight LOL I tried to reassure him by telling him that I was 90% sure that most of the people here were NOT thugs and hobos. He worries too much. I do find it funny that he's so concerned about safety, so he'd rather send me on my own than to come with. chickenshit So if we happen to be sitting around having a good time, and there's a man hiding in the bushes with a gun, don't worry....that's just my FI.

  • I confess that I'd really really like to go to a get together, but it will likely never happen.

[QUOTE]In Response to Re: Confessions : Ditto. I had a password system worked out with my mom, and if I didn't call her when I got there, she was calling the cops and hopping on a plane, lol.

My girlfriends and I used to use the words "Green jello". If we called or texted those words, the date was a bust and we were on our way home. Happily, everyone is married, or almost married, now except one of us.

  • Yay, I'm glad I'm not the only one who is crazy paranoid!

KD--I already know what you're trying to get from me and it's totally cool with me ;). I am also jealous of your SF trip because I want to go back, like yesterday. I'm showing Vertigo in my film class and it makes me want SF so bad!

    Miss C--Thanks. Hopefully I don't wear my bitchface tonight :). J/K.

Dmiller--I love that you're 90% sure that they aren't thugs/hobos. That made me laugh so hard.

  • I was a bad wife last night. H and I went out to a restaurant to get some takeout and the woman asked for a name. Since I ordered, I just said my last name. Then a few seconds went by and I was like, "or no, H's last name. No, well, mine is okay." The woman was confused and I felt bad because we've been married since April, I should have said H's name. I haven't changed my name yet, but I do plan on doing it. He didn't care and thought my confusion was cute, but I feel irrationally bad about this.

Also, I confess that I like to eat ranch dressing plain, or with red grapes. I am a ranch dressing addict. And a movie addict, but that's a whole other issue.
