It took me a few moments to realize that you meant this literally.  After the "are all of the rides down?" comment, I was trying to figure out what salmon and artichokes alluded to.

If I was crafty at all, Jen, I would sooo try to make one for FI.  He would love it!  Only thing better would be legos but that would be difficult to carry around I am thinking.  My mother sucked up all the crafty genes and left none for me.

Nah, he's actually pretty good about that kind of stuff. He takes it like a man. Now me on the other hand...

My boyfriend belives that sex can solve all.  Headache?  Yep.  Hangover?  Twice will set him good as new. Head cold? It'll cure all.

He has so much to do that he never lets himself get sick.  Even when I can see it all over him: sniffles, fever, clearing his throat, cough.  He just refuses to get sick.  I have to beg him to take it easier, and try to force him to relax and let me take care of him.  But when he's really really sick?  Then he's a big lump of cuddly whiny grouchiness.  He always wants the same thing - homemade chicken noodle soup (I have to boil and pull apart the chicken very thinly) and Ginger Ale.

I kind of like it when he slows down enough to let me take care of him.  Usually he's the fixer of everything.  He also is really good at taking care of me!  I'll admit I occasionally fake a headache just to get my head and feet rubbed while we watch TV, and he'll make me hot chocolate.

This is cracking me up! FI hates to be taken care of in an "awww, poor you!" sort of way, so I usually have no idea he's sick unless he looks it. He would never say anything!
