I thought for sure I would, and H warned me that he definitely would, but when the time came we were both just grinning from ear to ear.  No tears.

I did, however, cry quite a bit during the best man's toast.

ETA:  Our friend who served as officiant choked up a bit when he announced us as husband and wife.   That was so sweet.

I only ask because my cousin got married in vegas a few weeks ago and my aunt sent me a video - theyre both bawling their eyes out and she only just got to the alter and theyre still being serenaded by Elvis.
  • Almost.  I started to cry while walking in with my dad but heard someone go "Ohh, she's CRYING" and stopped.  Hell no I wasn't going to ruin my makeup!
It's time. Adoption saving and process started in November 2012.

  • If my FI cries at the ceremony, I need it documented because he does NOT cry.

I will cry. I cry when I see this Apple commercial... http://www.youtube.com/user/Apple?v=FHngLJ0RlNg&feature=pyv&ad=5647792866&kw=apple%20iphone%20ads#p/p/0749B42423816052/0/N2Wn7rYSBVQ

    So, I'm screwed.

    And Lady Gaga is craaa-zy.

  • I did not cry but Scott started crying really hard when I was walking down the "aisle" (it was the length of the building but only he could see me). It took him a good 5 minutes to get composed enough for us to start. He's a stoic manly man so it was really touching.
I cried afterwards, when I was talking about how great my sil's speech was, but not during. I cry for everything too, so I was kind of confused.

    Ditto this, and it sucks.

  • My dad will cry. I will cry. FI probably won't.

I just spent the last hour and a half customizing the lyrics to Katy Perry's "California Gurls" to be "Gladiator Girls" in honor of our boot camp ladies. I sing it that way in my car, but written lyrics were requested so I had to customize the whole thing. Its probably really only funny to us, though.

    I love vacation!

  • FI will probably cry, and I will almost definitely cry.  I cry during all the iPhone 4 face time commercials, for goodness sake.

And Lady Gaga is completely BSC.  I really liked her, but she's crossing into too-crazy-for-me territory.
  • I've never heard a Lady Gaga song. True story.

  • What? They play her crap 24/7. She is the next Madonna, blech.

Also, dry ice thrown into a sink ful of soapy water = 2 hours to clean up all the bubbles that pour out all over the floor.
  • Every time you lick a stamp, you're consuming 1/10 of a calorie.

I wouldn't be surprised if I cry. I cry every time I feel any kind of strong emotion. Happy, sad, angry, embaressed, nervous, you name it.
  • I cried when FI proposed and he teared up. We will prolly both cry at our wedding.

That's me too. Mostly I cry if I'm angry of frustrated though, then I get pissed that I'm crying and cry harder.

I've also found that once I start crying I can't stop, it's a 2 hour process. There's no "getting a hold of myself" once I start.
  • I will probably cry.

My interesting fact is that one encounter with bed bugs can easily turn you into a crazy person.

Wouldn't it be nice to live together in the kind of world where we belong?
  • I thought I might, but I didn't. Neither of us cried, though I wasn't expecting H to. We were both really nervous so we had goofy grins on our face more than anything. Although, my MOH's speech made me a little teary when she started talking about Disney and making our own happiest place on earth together.

And I also cry when angry. I don't get it.

So will putting bubble bath in a jacuzzi tub.

Even if you try it again with a smaller amount of bubbles.

Me too.  It's so frustrating (which of course causes me to cry harder).
  • I did not cry. I did, however, think about how bad my feet hurt during the entire ceremony. I could barely hear the minister over how loud my dogs were barking. I wish I would have worn more sensible shoes so I could have been more "in the moment."
