The only thing that I think is flameworthy at the moment is people bitching and fuuucking complaining about what everyone else is posting. OH and then complaining that the board is slow all while dropping into threads to tell people that they should stop talking about shiiit. I totally get the irony in my complaining about basically the same fuuuuucking thing, but constantly repeating to people about what they should and shouldn't talk about is making this place a hell of a lot more lame than some of the other things that people blame the slow boards on. </div>

Any- the only thing that bugged me about the ML posters was that is was a planned attempt at a "board invasion" complete with a poll about what they should and shouldnt say.  It was weird.

Im not defending Nebb specifically.  Im defending the fact that people can say whatever the eff they want.  Saying "WR stuff is annoying" is not the effing same as saying "DONT POST THAT".  Same as I didnt say to AATB to not post stuff about randos.  I said it annoys me.  You and others seem to have a hard time differentiating that.

This is my take, even though I haven't been around a whole lot.  Nebb gets annoyed with threads she doesn't like. Fine, whatever. But it does get obnoxious when she constantly calls it out in every thread.  AYG it then, but what's the point in posting your disapproval everytime a topic comes up? (In reality, I don't giveashit who posts what, but I think that's the difference with how Nebb has been doing it lately.)

That being said- Dot. The jewelry/shoe conversation is getting old.  It comes up like once/week. Just make up your damn mind. It's not like anything people suggest on here are going to make a difference anyway. It'd be one thing if you came in once and said "hey! I need help with shoes!" but it's so damn repetitive.

In your 'defense' though- I think Nebb was kind of a butt last night. I get why you started a new thread, and labeled it. It's way easy to just not open that thread at that point.  But meh.

I wish I had been around yesterday. The girls from ML were lame, but at least it was something new.

and frankly, I still post here because I do think when interesting debateable subjects come up that I get to see different sides to the thought process and I don't know of another venue accessible to me daily with that type of atmosphere.
