I don't get why people think cold = bad road conditions. I was stuck behind someone going 20 under the speed limit on the hwy today. The hwy was completely bare, no blowing snow AND no ice. Its happened everyday since it has been cold on both ways to work!

I don't get why girls have bridesmaids if they always seem to hate them. I have none because I don't like most other women, and even the ones I do like, I don't want involved in planning my wedding. Has anyone ever had a good bridesmaid?

Krizzo, I only had my BF as MOH and she rocks.  Most important thing she did for me (wedding related) was blow in my eyes and make me laugh when I started tearing up before walking down the aisle.

My 2 bridesmaids were awesome but I didn't ask much of them. They were my best friends and I love them still. I don't get how people will go out of their way not to let people in front of them on the hwy (speed up) yet always let people cut in front on city roads.

I don't get why my bff told me she wanted to have me be her MOH but asked our other friend instead because she didn't want that friend to get upset.  I can't judge how or why you make your decisions, it's your wedding, I know it can be tough.  Why tell me that, though?  Now I just think our friend who'd be pissed is kinda psycho.

I don't get why ALL renewals have to hit the month of January (this month will include: gym memberships x2, yoga memberships x2, professional dues for the yearx2 = $2400) and other payments are increased too because it is the beginning of the fiscal year (our teacher pension payments increase this month, our Canadian pension plan payments increase, our Employment Insurance premiums increase = I don't know how much yet, we will see on the 25th!) and this month our large hot water bill is due and our hydro bill that we only pay every other month are also do...so I get it, this month is going to suck.

I also don't get why the train is so effing expensive. We need to go see my dad in February for the long weekend and driving to Montreal can be iffy (well, normal winters it is, who the eff knows this year - it is RAINING today) and so can flying. So we are going to take the train. It is still going to cost us about $450.  I want to drive but don't know if it is worth the risk. It could be a snow storm and then we would have to cancel. I haven't seen my dad since last April.

My BMs were awesome (my 2 sisters, SIL, and my niece). They all gave me support in some way or another, which really made my day go smoother. I'm so thankful to all of them.

I don't get people who tailgate me in the fast lane, then when I move over so they can pass me, they slow down again so that they're just chillin' in my blind spot. I don't get why my windshield wiper fluid squirter (for lack of a better word) will not UNFREEZE in the winter. It sucks not having anything to wash the soot from salt and crap from the roads and so I drive practically blinded.

I don't get/don't believe that people who have a lot of drama when it comes to their wedding are all that 'drama-less' when it isn't their wedding. I think if you have a huge ton of drama/stress related to wedding crap, you probably have it all the time and this shouldn't be a surprise.

My bridesmaids were awesome, but all I asked of them was to get a dress and stand next to me. My MOH (my mom) did stuff with me, but she ASKED for stuff to do and wanted to be involved.

And to be fair, our gym membership runs Jan 31-Jan 31, it just has to be renewed this month. So it falls into 'things that suck in January' pile. I just paid it now. It hurt my soul.</div>
