When my wedding pictures were being torn apart by some megabitches there were some really harsh things said (I will not repeat them because they were hurtful).  Funny enough I didn't go post on their board about how mean they all are.

I think mine was when M&M called me a self centered spoiled brat when I was a newbie.  It was pretty deserved since I was totally coming off as one.

I got my ass handed to me on E on my first or second post. But it was all the truth. Yes, it hurt. I won't lie about that part. I even cried because I was so frustrated at the situation and how everyone thought I was awful because I suggested something rude, without seeing how rude it was. I had the people pleaser blinders on and it never even crossed my mind.

However, the more I thought about it, the more what they said made sense. I kept posting, and here I am. Still not one of the cool kids like Roxy , but I'm not going anywhere.

Not on this board, but one E.  Someone (it may have been betrothed, actually, but I'm not sure) said something along the lines of "You're one of those parents, aren't you?  The kind that thinks their kids are just so so so special . . . "  Re-reading my post, I realized that I had kind of come across that way, so I really couldn't take offense at it.  I'm really not one of those parents, or at least I try not to be.

Also, pumpkinpumpkin told me that if she were on her 3rd marriage, she'd jop it so fast her head would spin.  I think shelleydiane posted something along similar lines, or at least expressed some tsk-tsking over my marital record.  SD also fff'd me for no reason when I started to post - I just rubbed her the wrong way.  However, I totally understand that kind of reaction to my multiple marriages, I expected it, and I just rolled with it.   Plus, I really like both of those posters and I didn't get butthurt or keep any kind of grudge (although I still remember ;-) ).

No one has been too mean to me.  I try to stay out of the heated debates so I don't think I open myself up to a lot of attacks.

One time, when I was first seriously planning my wedding I was talking about having a gap, and banana was like "You're planning a gap? Shame on you."  And it may as well have been an IRL scolding, I legimately got kind of embarassed and re-did my timeline.

Yeah, I'm aware of exactly how pathetic that sounds.
