I always wonder where the specific calming stimulation stems from. Sometimes you can assume why they would like something (like the burrito, like the womb, etc etc) but the shaving cream. Very interesting.

thanks guys. My grandparents are all pretty young, so I have like no experience with old people (thats probably not PC whatev.) He's always been the 'cool' grandparent too, so it just caught me off guard. He's only 75? anyway. I just needed to get it out. I'll be fine

Why do people expect others to "acknowledge their existence"?  I dont get it.  When you peace out without a word, not giving a shiit about the people here who are not on your fb/text/email/post office mail list, why do you expect people to jump for joy when you come back?

Its not just you CCF.  There have been quite a few of you who peaced out and come back every few weeks or so expecting people to give a shiit.   Like, did you give a shiit about them when you were gone?  I just dont get it.

I'm not sure why it worked.  We'd also do the lead vest and music, full body hold, and play therapy for normal events with him.
