I've got nothing interesting to say.  I'm bored and it's way too hot to be outside so we're watching Green Lantern right now and it's not really doing it for me.

Puppy is rotten, but doing well. He's on the deck with daddy right now. I just got through cleaning the entire house. So I feel better its done and I can do nothing tomorrow.

Trade ya our hot weather.  I think it's 88 on it's way to 100 ish with "oppressive humidity" according to the weather guy.

Other than a bit of cleaning, I havnt really done anything today. I watched a movie, read for a bit, and thats about it lol

I call that a good day. Now Im just waiting for Adam to come home so we can get him some booze cause drunk Adam is hilarious Adam.

My poor plants aren't happy about the heat.  I wish I could do something for them.

As long as theyre getting enough water they should be fine, just make sure to do it either first thing in the am or before sundown so it doesnt evaporate and what not. Weve had warm days but lots of pop up storms and rain patches so I havnt had to go out and water in days and its been glorious cause im such a lazy gardener lol I hope you guys get a break soon.

Howdy. I'm waiting for H to get done working. I worked for him half the day  but he went back out. I have to go to some stupid party tonight his friend is hosting. It starts at 5 so I'm hoping H takes forever so we are late and can still leave early. I don't like parties.

And, 2012 is on and I want to watch at least the earthquake scene. I love that part.

Anna you need our weather. It's rained every single day since Beryl blew through. H hass had a really hard time keeping up with his lawns and the trash guys aren't picking up the debris like they should. This morning we had to bag all the crap they  refuse to pick up because they  suck.

Know what happens when moss and branches are left out? Roaches infest them. Know what happens when you start to bag everything not knowing about the infestation? They crawl all over you. Panick ensues.

People from up north about lose their shiiit when they see roaches here, especially the ones that fly. They are everywhere, it seems.

I think it should be a crime for bugs to be that big.

Have i told you guys about the yellow spiders we get here? every summer they absolute infest my yard and its like a yearly battle with them. Anytime I see them I kill them, but there must be hundreds because I always see them. The first week alone I probably killed 30-40 and yet I still keep finding them strung between my plants (which is a hassle because the tomatoe stakes and garlics are all pretty high right now so I have to be careful not to walk into spider webs). Frigging spiders. I hate those mothers.

We don't have a big spider problem here (at our house, not sure about others). But, every May we have a really bad flea problem outside. They don't bother me much but they are terrible for H. We spray the shiiit out of the house and have to clean out all the beds and water them down constantly. Effing fleas.

I love queen latifah too, shes one of my favourite people. I think my FAVOURITE is last holiday. I just love that movie.

Good afternoon. I am looking at wedding jewelry, again. I've absolutely lost my mind. We're also watching a baseball game. Our team started out well this year but have recently started sucking, which is about what we expect from them.

I don't miss the bugs in Florida at all. When I first moved up here though I had a major cricket problem in my apartment. The black ones would chirp all night (in my room) and keep me awake. I also had camelback crickets which didn't chirp but were creepy as hell and would jump at you.

KD, my mom has lived in FL her entire life and still almost faints when she sees a roach.

Last Holiday is a great movie. I got it confused with The Holiday for the longest time though.

i want to get married again just to get new jewelry and cake but my buzzkill H says I'm stuck with him for life.  *sigh*  no second wedding for me

Some times I want to plan another wedding, like a big ass vow renewel. Then I realize that I always wish we never spent as much on our first wedding as we did and there are better things we could do with our money now.

Today has more things crammed into it than any Saturday should have.  I watched my friend's four year old at synagogue this morning, which is always fun, although I pretty much missed the entire service.  I'm about to leave for a bridal shower, and then possibly head to a friend's graduation party.  I'm undecided about that last activity still.  It depends on how long the shower lasts and whether or not I feel like a 1 hour subway ride each direction.

Also, I am truly terrible at painting my nails.  I kept missing my toenails.

I watched The Holiday for Kate Winslet. I loved her in that movie.

Whisky is chowing down on some food in front of me. I really need to pee but I know that if I move it will distract him and he'll stop eating, and might not go back to it. Gah.
