Yours/FI or H age? How long have you been together?  I'm 33, he just turned 42.  We met in Aug of 2003 and were on/off for a while.  This time around we've been together 4 years.

Why did you choose that date/significance?  My brother was going to be hiking the Pacific Crest Trail and would be gone April to October.  This was the closest date after we thought he'd be home.

I'm 37 and FI is 43. We've known each other for three and a half years, were great friends at first, and got together as we were finishing our second degrees, which was two years ago.

I spent this afternoon viewing security footage, identifying student involvement, writing up reports - oh yeah, and teaching and supervising testing - and dealing with a parent who wanted to know why it was 'allowed' to happen...

Why did you choose that date/significance?
Nope, we wanted a May or June wedding but didn't want it on Cinco de Mayo; the 11th would be my moms birthday, and didn't want memorial day weekend for a variety of weekends, so it was between May 18th and June 1st-- June 1st just sounded nicer and the venue was available so we were sold (plus, I think FI can remember that one, we hope! Took me awhile to train him for the 26th, lol)

hardest question for me!  Classic never can watch too many times, I agree with Shawshank.  when I want a girly movie, its always Legally Blonde; favorite growing up was Annie so I'm a sucker for that one too!  FI and I love Avatar cause that was one of our first dates.

Do you have any pets? We're the crazy bird family here. We have 8 parakeets (Boojie, Snyper, Koa, Teddy, Cricket, Turtle, Tinkerbell and Dexter) and 3 cockatiels (Oody, Fifi and Violet). I had 10 of them before fi and I met, and he loves them and was totally not even upset when my 17 year old got me a new parakeet for my birthday this year. That's one of the many reasons I love him!

Why did you choose that date/significance? We have to scheule around my 3 kids schedule since one is in college and two in high school. Since we're doing Vegas I am NOT doing the summer, I would totally pass out from the heat, so we're doing it while the kids are on spring break.

I loved it at first. I flew through the first three books in a week in June (I was travelling for work and had a lot of time to read.) So I bought the next several all at once so that I'd have them on my kindle and not have to deal with finding wifi, etc. while at the beach, travelling or whatever. I think I made it through the fifth book then had to take a break. I read the most recent JD Robb, and a non-fiction book (Eat Right for Life), then went back to black dagger. I'm on the seventh now at it is SLOW. I feel like I've been reading it forever, and it's just not progressing. I have one more that I already purchased so I'll make myself get through it.

FI doesn't mind cats at all, but we didn't know v2.0 was allergic until the ex-wife got a cat last year, and he ended up in the ER.  He's not allergic to dogs, though, so eventually we'll have one of those.  I like both but am more of a cat person.  I just like their casual 'eff you' attitude that they turn on and off at will.  Gracie and my mom just kind of tolerate each other, and my BIL is horribly allergic too, even if they didn't live across the country.  So...yeah.  :(

I call my future stepson v2.0 because he's SO much like his father it's downright scary. Only things he got from his mom so far are his super wide feet (already costing FI a fortune and he's only 6) and his hick accent (but it's cuter on him than on his mom).
