I have to google search a lot of the flower names you guys are throwing out and I find I like all of them. I have even used some but had no idea what they were called. Thanks for all the second hand info.

If I understand your original post...your 'colours' are black, white, and deep purple and your bouquet will look like the one in the pic but with more purple?

Herro! So I remember thinking T's sisters wedding decor would like skittle vomit but all the colors actually worked really well, I think the space helps because it's so open.
I really like the idea of the black linen with milk vases, I  think it'd be perfection. Plus, we learned at her wedding that shorter was good because it got crazy windy up there (who knows about weather though). As for the cocktail tables, what if you did colored linens on those?

hmmm...I think the black/white/purple would work for sure...with the pink/orange/green as accent colours. Personally I would focus on the black/white purple throughout with the other colours only being in the florals. As for your stripe idea...I would maybe stripe it with black/purple rather than black and white...

So your guest table look would be white table cloth, black overlay, white plates, white vase with multicoloured florals, and purple napkins. 

What about if for the high tables you did a smaller vase, still white but instead of having all those flowers do purple and pinks only, purples and greens only...and then had small purple cocktail napkins and a couple of purple votives?

Another idea/option and I swear I am not suggesting it because this is what we did...use the bouquet you posted for bouquets for yourself and BM (placed on head table later) head table centerpieces, and small arrangements on the tall tables...then for the guest tables do a single/couple of flowers (just purple dahlias) in milk vases (nice and low)...This would allow you to have colour without it being everywhere...not sure of that makes any sense...

Oooh black and white stripe napkins would be amaziiiiing. You're just going to do linens they offer though, right? I really like the idea of black and white strip and I think you should incorporate that more...somehow.

Roxy, they only offer brown paper napkins.  We are renting.  I was going to do purple tables with black and white striped napkins but then I thought that might be overkill.

Number, I like those ideas!  I didn't think of purple/black stripes.
