Dear University,

  Am I student or an employee?  If I was an employee, then I would qualify for COBRA when I peace out in September.  If I was a student, then you would be required to pay for my health insurance until such date you feel I am no longer a student (which you have decided to be December).

   Somehow, I don't quailify for COBRA and you won't pay my insurance.  How have you manufactured such a plan to have your cake and eat it to?

Lala - that is so weird you mention it because I got an email exactly like that from some girl I emailed a long time about about wedding vendor stuff. Obviously this scam is happening often! Scary!

In Texas I do, but I have moved to Wisconsin and the police here won't listen to me because all his threats are over Facebook and email. I have since blocked him on everything. I have (and have had) all my settings set to super private so on FB the only thing he could see was my profile picture. Not my location or anything. But I am still worried sick. Before he left he somehow found my parents unlisted number and would continuously call and harass us. When I called his Chain of Command ( his boss) it only made it worse. Ditto for the police. This guy just does not care.

 Tony is very upset like I am, he has known about this since we started dating. He wants me to stay safe but it's not like he can be with me 24/7 because he works and we both go to school.

I honestly don't know if he knows where I live, I hope to god he doesn't but he is very smart and finds things out easily.

Damn Tonys, be safe. Hopefully your ex is just a big a-hole and is all talk, just wants to scare you. I know how much it sucks having to look over your shoulder all the time (I'm in your boat, not an ex but a guy my family sent to prison because of something he did to me), and it can be really hard. It's absurd the police won't take any kind of threat seriously. A verbal threat is just as serious. I wish you the best and am sending negative vibes to him so he'll back off.

Thank you :) My dad and I are working on getting me a hand gun, I have a lot of weapon experince from being in the military myself and I would feel a hell of a lot better if I had means to protect myself. My ex is a big dude, I'm 5'9 and almost 200lbs and he could throw me around like a rag doll, so even though I know self defense I don't feel safe.
