ugh I am with you on that flame... I am trying really hard to stay involved on the proboard but there are too many freaking posts and too many people I don't know. I WANT proboards to work because seriously... fuccccccck TK and the censorship. But these ridiculously long proboard threads are too much.

Looking at proboards kind of hurts my brain. I don't know if it's the high contrast color scheme or the format or what, but the way it looks is bothersome. Petty but true. Also, as more of a lurker, I'd prefer to stay here. Not in with the in crowd, and that's okay with me.

I couldn't really care less about the swearing, though having perfectly innocent words taken away is obnoxious.

I really do prefer the format over here.  I'm on the fence as to whether or not I want to move over to PB.  Leaning towards no, but like other PPs have said, I'll probably end up going where the conversation is.  Depends on if PB stick, depends on whether or not TK livens up again.

Know whats funny?  Getting flamed for starting a joking AYG about the proboard.

Listen, I dont like the format and I dont like the E/SB combo.  I think its too many people and I dont feel like spending half a day trying to set up an account since last time everyone tried this PB thing, it took me forever to get a sn set up properly.  Did I say I would NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!  Um, no.  Maybe I eventually will.

Have I been lurking over there checking it out?  Of course.  Why not?  Ive got nothing to do today.  But Ali making it out to be like Im some creeper in the bushes outside?  I dont think so.

But to sit there and say we are foot stomping and hair flipping about it?  GIve me a break.  The only people I see foot stomping are the ones saying "If this pb doesnt work out, Im never going back to TK".  Because if it doesnt work out, just like it didnt work out last time, and people end up right back where they started over here, then you are going to be the ones with egg on your face.  Some of us like it here.  Whats the big deal?  If you like the pb, thats great.  Doesnt mean I have to.

So yeah.  Im flaming Mara, Ali, and Nebb for trying to make "fetch" happen.

What make TK interesting is the no limit randomness from newbies constantly streaming in. On PB it'll be the same group and personally, that doesn't interest me as much. Especially since I'm not one to participate in a lot of the regulars' posts like morning and evening threads. Plus, it's already all sorts of congested over there already. Some of those posts have like 700 replies. I would never read through that much. If I see more than two pages and generally don't bother reading a post. 

What's the difference between lurking there and lurking here? There's no reason for them to get on you for lurking. 

And fetch is stupid. I wouldn't use it either.

I still like the format here way better. PB is just so messy, long and hard to look at. But, I'll go wherever the people I want to hang with are hanging.

I've posted more in the past two days than I have in the past 3 months.  I don't know what that means, but yea.  Proboards are fine with me.  I'm just too lazy to go over there.  Did E and SB combine one?  Or is the one that E talked about different?  Can't the mod of PB change the formatting and stuff?

I caught up on Newroom in 2 days and I was hooked after the first 15 minutes.  I mean, it has a clear left leaning agenda even though they try to present it from a Libertarian POV, but its still a good show.
