My hands fall asleep while I am sleeping every single night, without fail. Sometimes my arms as well. Last night around 4 AM I woke up and my right arm was DEAD. It has happened before. I mean, it felt like I have a lifeless arm from a cadaver was attached to me. It freaked me out, but within a few minutes I was able to feel it and move it around. It's like 10 hours later now, and I still can't feel the tip of my thumb on my right hand. It's starting to worry me. Anybody got a clue? Does this happen?
I should add, my arm fell asleep because I was lying on it, of course.
