I don't know what's for dinner tonight, but we'll probably order something in and we are watching Moneyball.

I am reading "Heart of the Matter" by Emily Griffin.  It's for this book/girls drinking club I'm in.  I also just finished the Stephanie Plum book and thought it was ok.  I think I might need to read something deeper.  No more of this fluff shiit.

I am going to this tomorrow...http://randolphstreetmarket.com/

I'm reading Heart Shaped Box. Still. Eff school. We're having chicken quesidillas for supper tonight. We're hopefully going to see Woman in Black tonight around 10 and tomorrow I'm going to see Hanson. W00t. This will be the first night FI and I actually go out to drink and stuff since this last summer. Oh, and I'm buying my mom Bryan Adams' tickets tomorrow for mother's day. Huzza for early wake ups on a Saturday.

Sesh, those sound interesting.  A little more Sci-Fi-y than what I normally like, but if I get to read for fun again, I'd probably check them out!

They're not really sci-fi. More fantasy. Vampires, werewolves, people with magic powers. I don't like sci-fi so that must mean these are something else (in my mind, anyway).

I haven't done jury duty yet. If/when I do I bet I'll end up on a celebrity one since I am in that district.

I am considering applying there this weekend.

Book: I'm almost finished Nicholas and Alexandra. I think I'm going to finally read The Help next. I definitely need something fiction for a change.

Weekend: H has to work, so I think my Satuday night is going to consist of figuring out what BBC show to obsess over next on Netflix. So far it's a toss up between Sherlock or Downton Abbey.

Dinner: whatever I manage to scrounge up. There's leftover spaghetti from last night, but the meatballs are all gone, so it's just not the same!

I know their grad programs are SUPER competitive.  But I think you should still apply!

You totally don't need snow tires.  Just good tires.

hahaha. You don't need snow tires!  They do a really good job clearing the roads and sidewalks. :)  The bus system is also fantastic. Just live close to campus and you'll be more than fine.

I'm not sure about that program, but I know the Psych programs are usually pretty competitive.  H did research with a couple of the docs/professors though during his undergrad.  Not related (he did educational psych), but I could see if he knows anyone?

    Which school is it through?

I just finished Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close last night. It was okay. Parts of it I absolutely loved and parts of it I had a hard time even getting through. That makes me feel dumb though because it is a pretty popular book so I am obviously missing something.

For dinner I was going to make tacos but I am craving pasta so maybe chicken alfredo.

We don't really have any plans for the weekend. We'll be working on the house as usual and H has a couple of hockey games. I really want to go furniture shopping but I don't think it is going to happen this weekend.

  • Options
Ha Sorry you had me confused I was like OMG are there more than one U of Ms??
