My Valentine's Day sucked...

So my FI figured we weren't celebrating Valentine's Day. Why? I HAVE NO IDEA! I NEVER said anything close to this to him, nor would I ever say we are skipping it. Who does that? I agree its a nice time to make people feel loved and appreciated. FI and I got each other cards and made a nice dinner together. We (ok I) always send FMIL flowers at work that day as well. It doesn't have to be a big thing but its nice to know someone thought to make you happy.
