I was thinking we could start week one next Monday so everyone has advance warning.
Anyone have any suggestions for nutrition/physical challenges?
Is anyone interested in the Couch Potato to 5k thing?? I was thinking that could be our physical challenge every week (for cardio), in addition to something for strength-training. Start out easy and get harder.
Also, maybe something easy for week one nutrition too- like drinking 6 glasses of water a day, or cutting back on caffeine??
