LOVE my dress!

My mom and I went to my dress fitting today, it fit perfectly except for the length. My mom said, "wow, you just take my breath away in that dress" I so love it and our alterations lady. She was a doll! I can't wait to get it back. I'm sewing a blue heart inside of it, is anyone else sewing anything inside their dress?

I just got home from my fitting too! only heming and a little bit to be taken in at the bust! I am in love with it! one day will not be enough in it! im not stiching anything in mine, because my 7 year old niece (flower girl) got me something blue that I will wear that day ... ill find out what it is at my shower

I am cutting a heart of fabric from my grandmothers wedding dress embroiding it with my wedding date in blue and stitching it inside my dress.
This will be even more memorable because as I noted in my post yesterday- my nana only has a few days left with us.

Love the sewing ideas.  Very thoughtful.
I wonder if I have something blue from my dear friend that passed to sew inside my dress... I'll have to open up the old memory box and take a look.
