I want a cherry blossom cake.....

I think every one knows what im talking about. Thoes beautiful cherry blossom cake. And what luck my colors are pink and brown!

The only problem is my flowers for the wedding are tulips. So the bouquets,buttionairs and mayve center pieces will be tulips. will it look weird if i want a cherry blossom cake?

    I think it will be a nice balance of flowers.  I love cherries myself - can I come?

    Tulips are nice but sounds like you have them covered - a wedding should flow together instead of everything being the same.

    Nobody will notice that it didn't match- because it blends :) and if you love it, go for it. I know the one you are talking about (I think) and it's AMAZING! Enjoy!

    I agree with pp - no one will notice!! The colors will match and thats what matters. I wanted to go with cherry blossoms but we just couldn't find enough to go with the theme!!!

    I had a cherry blossom cake, invites and table numbers, but carried a tulip bouquet as a nod to my husband's Dutch roots. Go for it!
