Menu inserts in invites

We are having more than one option for guests to choose from for their entrees, also a kids option. I'm wondering, what is the best way to word an insert so that guests with a spouse and younger or older children can let us know their entree preferences all on one rsvp card? Does this make sense?

Re: Menu inserts in invites

  • At the bottom of our RSVP cards (after the wording about accepting/declining and the RSVP date) we have this wording:

"Please initial the entree choice of each guest" followed by our four choices for people to initial.
We have the long blank line at the top of the card for people to write in their names for accepting/declining, but in case people forget, you can number the back of the RSVPs.

    Hope that helps!

  • You could have your RSVP worded:

    M _____________ accepts ___ declines ___,
    and prefers a chicken ___ beef ___ kid's ____ entree.

then just have as many lines as you have people invited in that invitation.

Also, just so you know I'm not giving kids the option for anything but the kids entree. I don't know if you plan to, but you don't have to. :)
