Cheesecake?

I'm trying to figure out what to do for a groom's cake, and I'd love to do some kind of cheesecake because FI loves cheesecake.

So two questions - if anyone has done this, let me know how it worked and where you got the cheesecake. I'm worried that there won't be enough cake because they tend to be tall instead of large in diameter and not really multilayered. I'm also concerned about how difficult it might be to cut in the skinny wedding-cake-size pieces.

We are using cheesecake. We are getting ours from a local store that has been here for years! I'd suggest asking this on your local board and see if anyone recommends one. My cake people have been very helpful.
