Well I didnt make my week goal of 18k last week. I was about 6k short, but to be fair I spent all Saturday running at an ultimate frisbee tournament instead.
I ran 5k today after taking yesterday off (I celebrated Thanksgiving with my family in law). I had a good run, a bit faster than normal, and did some weights for 30 mins afterwards. I just felt no motivation before, during or after the work out.
Sometimes I feel depressed, but it wasnt it. Just that I was board, and unmotivated. Maybe it is the darkness or job I dont know. I just wish I was a bit more motivated.
I really need to push up the intensities on my work out, as I am not loosing any weight.

Although I am not gaining either, which I guess is a good thing.
