Is there a name for the person holding the "Here comes the Bride" sign

I'm putting my nephew's pic on our wedding website, but I don't know the correct title for the person that walks the sign down the aisle. My friend used a bell and the little boy said the bride is coming, and called him the Town Courier. Is that the name ? I can't find it on google.

Wouldn't it be Town Crier and not Town Courier?  A courier carries mail, a crier carries a message. 

Does he really need a title?

I'm having the SAME problem!  and no one on here seemed to be any help to you.. what did you end up calling him?  And yes, he does need a title.  I need to put him in the program and don't know what to call him!  HELP!
