Eating well and getting exercise this semester hasn't really happened. I haven't lost any weight, and have probably gained a pound or two (so negligible change) since January. My fiance, his mother, and I are all going back to WW tomorrow. Tonight is going to be an unhealthy dinner to celebrate the end of Passover, we're all looking forward to bread and pasta.
I know what I need to do, it's just a matter of doing it.
