Good morning. b-strawberry yogurt smoothiel-grilled chicken marsala, spinach salads-cucumber saladd-grilled chicken, 1/2 baked potato, spagetti squash(first time trying it)e-run 2-3 miles, no arms today I can barely move them from yesterday

  • I want to play too.....  i've been missing for ages....b- Vanilla Chobani yogurt w/ Kashi Go-Lean Crunch and blackberriesl- Subway 6" turkey & ham sub toasted on wheat bread with honey mustard and everything but onions.  Side of apple slices.s- Chocolate vitatop w/ reduced fat peanut butterd- chicken stir frye- 2.3 mile outdoor run

  • First time doing this, but I like the idea of being accountable.....b-whole wheat waffle/nat. pb, 1 eggl-grilled chicken breast, green beanss-appled-???  not sure yete-20 mins. treadmill, 20 mins.elliptical, 20 free weights
  • Haven't been here for a few days...been a good exercise week and an okay food week... b-light english muffin w/PB, 1/2 banana, coffee s-cheese stick l-melted swiss on top of sliced tomato and 2 slices of deli ham, yogurt, apple s-pretzels d-roast chicken, roasted veggies, FF cottage cheese s-another apple maybe...they are REALLY good :) e-ran 4 miles
