Yes we did!  We lived there for almost 2 years before we moved to Frisco.  I kind of miss it just because I liked being close to the resturants and stuff down there.  We loved going to the Fillmore and to Urban Crust.

I COMPLETELY agree with the smaller-than-a-postage-stamp yard issue!!! I do not want my house to be within 2 feet of my neighbors...it has complicated my house hunt which needs to end before January so that we can close and schedule move-in before my apartment lease is up.
