I kind of hate the biggest loser, but I feel like a lot of the advice in that article was actually helpful.  I especially like her comment about dark chocolate:

"It's got antioxidants. I can get away with calling it a health food, in moderation, because, honestly, I'd rather be dead than live without sweets."

I can't even read the article because I have a hard time taking seriously anyone who tries to pose as a health and fitness expert but hawks diet pills in their spare time.

Actually, all the tips in that article are valid. It's mostly just common sense. I'm mildly surprised.
