Hey ladies!
I just got 30DS for Christmas and absolutely LOVE it. It's hard, but definitely worth the soreness afterwards. I'm looking to lose 30 pounds by the beginning of June using 30DS and eating more balanced meals.
My workout plan?
M,W,F - 30DS
T,Th,S - 30 minutes on elliptical
I've been doing this for about a week now and haven't seen any results just yet (other than the sore muscles). I know that it takes time to see results, but it's hard to stay motivated. I've started using my calendar to keep track of my workouts and weigh ins (on Mondays), but does anyone have any other ideas of how to track your progress to stay motivated?
