Anyone else just eat for 3 days straight?

Belch. As good as my intentions were for Thanksgiving- it's just one day! no reason to fall off the diet wagon!- and as good as I started off Friday and Saturday, I still managed to eat a ton. You know what they say: The road to hell is paved with good intentions...and pie.

Small (3 lbs) gain this week, which I am willing to guess is mostly bloat from to much salty delicious food and not enough water. Good news is I am putting that behind me and getting back to eating normal, healthy food. And I've decided to do 30 Day Shred everyday, instead of every other day like I was doing, and see where that gets me!

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and isn't feeling bad about indulging! Or better yet, hope you feel great because you had so much self-control this week!
