BAHAHA wookie Jesus! FI says when my hair gets clogged in the shower drain it looks like a wookie threw up while showering.
AW: I am finally getting the little things checked off! Just ordered my garter, flower girl baskets, and flower girl gifts. YAY. You know, I might just have a successful wedding after all.

Today is the perfect day to stay home and nap.  It's almost Friday, it's rainy outside, and it so dark and cozy in my room.  I just keep procrastinating on getting up even though I need to leave in about 20 minutes.

I got out of the shower and have been sitting here contemplating drying my hair or just putting it up.

Also, I wish I could just use one of my 9 unused sick days, but work is silly and I don't get to use them as personal days anymore like I used to.

My AW is that I've got the kitchen totally unpacked (except I can't find a box of plates) and the bedroom is looking good, too!

Also, one of my favorite seasons of Project Runway is on Style right now, and I am being reminded of how much I loved my favorites, hated my hateds, and just how crazy some people were.

LOVE the oatmeal. So hillarious. DH didn't get home until 1:30am last night so I have nothing to AW and since it isn't Friday, I am actually quite grumpy. Humph.

At my last job we had unlimited sick days but then one of the biggest slackers I have ever known to exist used 5 'sick' days when her cat died, and another 5 when her boyfriend broke up with her, and then the whole policy had to be rewritten.

We'll have another check soon... DJ! We met with Melody last night and I think she will be the perfect fit for us .

At the place where FI and I work, there is no distinction between sick and personal days. You get a flat number of paid days off per year to use for whatever, and if you don't use all of them within a year they roll over for three months. If you don't use the rollover days in the three months you can get them paid out, but our headquarters really doesn't like doing it.

That sucks on the sick days.   We don't even get sick days at my company.  They got to where they rolled it all in with your PTO and its one and the same.  I think we got 3 days of "sick days" before they rolled it into our PTO.

Professor -- yay on having the kitchen unpacked!  Even though we didn't move, our kitchen and living room are a DISASTER.  They are piled high with boxes and gifts from the wedding.  Not complaining because we are so lucky to have gotten these things, but I have to find the time to clean out the kitchen and get rid of a bunch of junk before I can do anything with the new stuff.  So it just sits there, and we trip on it every day but it never increases my motivation.

IF (and that's a big if) this whole thing really did even happen then she must have liked the idea or gotten some enjoyment out of it (considering the fact that she never said she disagreed with it at the time). Maybe they're just spontaneous (given, spontaneously weird) people. This doesn't mean that he's abusive or that they have an unhealthy relationship because of it. O.M.G.
Best donuts. My favorite is the Mexican... glazed donut with cream cheese icing and fresh jalepenos.
Close second is the Canadian Health Care... cream cheese frosting and maple bacon.

Not sure... they used to be on Preston just south of George Bush, which is where I went all the time, but they moved somewhere down by White Rock Lake. They also put Froot Loops on donuts. FROOT LOOPS!!!
